Zion Williamson may need new surgery

Basketball

Forward “New Orleans” Zion Williamson is not yet able to get in shape and is far from returning to the court, according to ESPN.

Williamson is recovering from a broken foot he suffered before the start of this season. The 21-year-old may need a second operation. However, no final decision has yet been made.

Last season, he averaged 27.0 points, 7.2 rebounds and 3.7 assists in 33.2 minutes in 61 games for the Pelicans.

Recall that Zion suffered a fracture in training before the NBA Summer League.
