Italian Virtus have officially announced the signing of former CSKA defender Daniel Hackett.
As reported on the club’s website, the contract runs until June 30, 2024.
On Wednesday, March 2, CSKA officially announced that 34-year-old Hackett left the location of the club “for family and personal reasons related to the current situation between Russia and Ukraine.”
The basketball player has been playing for the Moscow club since 2018. As part of the team, he became the winner of the Euroleague 2018/19.
