Chelsea assistant coach Thomas Tuchel Joe Edwards has left the London club. He has joined Frank Lampard’s coaching staff at Everton, according to the Blues’ website.
“After 27 years at the club, Edwards is moving to Everton. He leaves Chelsea with our best wishes and gratitude for his years of service.”
Edward has been with the Chelsea Academy since 2004. In 2019, he joined Lampard’s staff at the London club. Lampard announced the signing of a contract with Everton on 31 January. His agreement with the club runs until the summer of 2024.
