The Russian national football team supported tennis player Daniil Medvedev before the Australian Open final against Spaniard Rafael Nadal.

The press service of the national team posted on Twitter a video of the decisive penalty in the 2018 World Cup round of 16 match against Spain, which was saved by Igor Akinfeev.

Medvedev’s match with Nadal will take place today, January 30. The beginning is at 11.30 (Moscow time). If he wins, the Russian will win the Australian Open for the first time in his career.
