The composition of the participants for the next season of the Euroleague Basketball should be determined and approved in late June – early July, TASS reports with reference to the press service of the Euroleague.
“The list of participants is both announced and approved at the end of June – beginning of July, this is historical. By Russian teams [на следующий сезон] there are no details,” the Euroleague said.
On March 22, the Euroleague Executive Board of Shareholders decided to suspend Russian clubs and annul their results for the current season. CSKA, UNICS Kazan and Zenit St. Petersburg are excluded from the Euroleague, and Krasnodar Lokomotiv-Kuban – from the Eurocup.
