Brooklyn’s point guard Ben Simmons will be able to make his debut for the team after recovering from a back injury, according to The Athletic insider Shams Charania.
The Nets have not set an exact return date for the 25-year-old Aussie, according to a source, but the player is close to it. It’s currently unknown if Simmons will be able to play against his former team, Philadelphia, on March 10.
Brooklyn has no set timetable for Simmons’ return. It’s uncertain whether the three-time All-Star will clear necessary return-to-play hurdles for the Nets’ March 10 return trip to Philadelphia, but the team is treating as a day-to-day process. https://t.co/SnWVQeSWPS
