Sibir striker Alexander Sharova was fined following the results of the fourth match of the Gagarin Cup first round series against Salavat Yulaev (6:3), the KHL official website reports.
“Based on the submitted materials, it was decided to leave unchanged the punishment imposed on the forward of Sibir Alexander Sharov under clause 1.1.2. Article 28 of the KHL Disciplinary Regulations (blocking), subject to a fine»the KHL said in a statement.
After four meetings Salavat Yulaev leads the series with a score of 3 – 1.
Next game will be held on March 10 in Ufa.
