Midfielder “Spartacus” Quincy Promes can go down in the history of the club already in today’s match of the 21st round of Tinkoff RPL Spartak – Krasnodar.
The Dutchman scored three goals at the beginning of 2022 (two Kuban in the Cup and one Dynamo in the championship) and took 11th place in the historical list of the red and white top scorers.
Promes, who scored 78 goals, overtook the red-and-white star of the early 1950s, Nikolai Dementiev, and came close to the bottom ten, Sergei Salnikov. The team’s record is held by Nikita Simonyan, who scored 160 times between 1949 and 1959.
