The 32-year-old American committed an unsportsmanlike foul on point guard Ja Morante in the third quarter. He knocked down an opponent, after which he fell hard on the floor.
After watching a video replay, Morris received a 2nd degree unsportsmanlike foul and was sent off.
Morant finished the match and became the top scorer of the meeting with 30 points.
