Minnesota and Colorado made a trade attackers. The Savages gave the Avalanches forward Nico Sturm, and forward Tyson Jost followed in the opposite direction, according to the Wild website.
The 26-year-old German has played 53 games this season, scoring 17 (9+8) points.
The 24-year-old Canadian scored 14 (6+8) points in 59 matches. Note that Jost was selected by Colorado in the 2016 draft in the first round under the overall 10th number.
