Lyon are looking to extend the loan of midfielder Tanguy Ndombele for another season, according to Foot Mercato.
The rights to Ndombele belong to Tottenham, but the coaching staff of the London club does not see the player in the squad.
The loan expires in June and the French club can use the option to buy Ndombele on a permanent basis. Now the French are working on the option of extending the lease of the 25-year-old footballer for another season.
Ndombele has made 5 appearances for Lyon this season in Ligue 1.
Note that in July 2019, Spurs bought the midfielder from Lyon for 60 million euros.
