Fiorentina’s Russian striker Alexander Kokorin may stay with the team until the summer of 2022, according to Fiorentina News.
According to the source, the Italian club has eight days to decide on the future of the 30-year-old footballer. On February 22, the transfer window closes in Russia. If the “violets” fail to send the striker to the RPL club, they will either have to terminate the contract or postpone the issue of his departure.
The player’s contract with Fiorentina runs until the summer of 2024. This season, Kokorin failed to score goals in six matches.
