Inzaghi disappointed with Champions League exit despite win over Liverpool

Inter head coach Simone Inzaghi admitted he was disappointed after defeating Liverpool (1:0) in the second leg of the 1/8 finals of the Champions League. The English team advanced to the next stage.

“We are disappointed. During the two meetings, a balance was observed, but in the end two goals in the final 15 minutes of the first match became decisive, ”Inzaghi quotes the UEFA press service.





In the first meeting, Liverpool won 2-0, so they went through to the 1/4 finals.
