The car of the pilot “Alpha Tauri” Pierre Gasly caught fire during the second practice session at the Singapore Grand Prix.
Flames shot out of the vent as the mechanics pushed the car into the pits.
The 26-year-old pilot quickly reacted and jumped out of the cockpit. The Alpha Tauri mechanics quickly extinguished the flames with a fire extinguisher.
No one was reportedly injured in the incident.
