Former world No. 3 Dominic Thiem has announced he is returning to training after the coronavirus.
“Yesterday I had an examination and today I received a result from the doctors that I can return to my usual training regimen. Therefore, my goal for the next couple of days is to train, get stronger, get back in line, ”Tim wrote on social networks.
At the end of March, the tennis player reported a positive test immediately after leaving the tournament in Marbella. In the 1/16 finals of the tournament, Tim lost to the Argentinean Pedro Cachin with a score of 3:6, 4:6.
The Austrian tennis player has been announced for the tournament in Belgrade, which starts on April 18.
