Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic wished good luck to Russian Daniil Medvedev after losing in the Australian Open final against Spaniard Rafael Nadal.
“I want to turn to Daniel. You gave your all to fight today. And I know you will win many more Grand Slams in the future,” Djokovic tweeted.
The Spanish tennis player defeated Medvedev in the final of the Australian Open, the first Grand Slam tournament of the season. The meeting ended with the score 2:6, 6:7 (5:7), 6:4, 6:4, 7:5.
Nadal broke the record for most Grand Slam wins by winning his 21st trophy.
