Point guard “Dallas” Luka Doncic was injured before the start of the NBA playoffs, according to ESPN.
The 23-year-old Slovenian underwent an MRI examination, which revealed a sprain in the calf muscle of his left leg. He was injured in a regular season game against San Antonio (130:120).
The terms of recovery are not specified, but Dallas expects that the basketball player will be able to play in the first match of the first round of the playoffs against Utah, which will take place on April 16.
In the 2021/22 season, Doncic appeared in 65 games, averaging 28.4 points, 9.1 rebounds and 8.7 assists per game.
