CSKA has made an improved offer to Cleveland defenseman Kevin Pangos, according to insider Donatas Urbonas.
29-year-old Pangos, who played last season for the St. Petersburg Zenit, signed a contract with Cleveland in September. On the NBA team, he has little playing time, averaging only 1.9 points per game.
In the event of a final failure of negotiations with Pangos, CSKA may return to the candidacy of the Argentinean Luca Wildosa.
