CSKA head coach assistant Dimitris Itoudis Andreas Pistiolis may leave the club.
According to insider Gheorghe Zakkas, Pistiolis will head Turkish Galatasaray.
The 43-year-old specialist will replace Ekrem Memnun as head coach of the Turkish team.
Pistiolis previously worked with Želimir Obradovic at Panathinaikos and later with Itoudis at Banvit and CSKA Moscow.
