Forward Blake Griffin, who is in the status of a free agent, agreed with Boston to sign a contract. The agreement will be for one year, according to ESPN insider Adrian Wojnarowski.
Earlier it was reported that the Lakers, Miami and Chicago are also interested in signing the 33-year-old Griffin.
Griffin played for Brooklyn last season but is currently without a team.
Griffin averaged 6.4 points and 4.1 rebounds per game last season.
