Barcelona are interested in Bayern striker Robert Lewandowski. The Catalan club is closely following the progress of negotiations between the Polish striker and the Munich club to extend the contract, according to Sport.es
Lewandowski’s current contract with Bayern expires in the summer of 2023. The parties have not yet moved forward in negotiations on a new agreement. If a compromise cannot be found, then Lewandowski could be available for a transfer next summer.
This season, Lewandowski has scored 42 goals in all competitions for the German club.
Portal Transfermarkt estimates the value of the player at 50 million euros.
