Federico Pastorello, agent of Spartak football player Keith Balde, told SE that the player cannot yet appeal.
“Unfortunately, we still have not received the documents explaining the suspension decision. The federation is very slow. And, of course, since we do not know the reasons for disqualification, that is, due to the lack of a reasoning part of the decision, we cannot appeal,” Pastorello told SE.
On Saturday, September 17, it became known that the Senegalese was suspended for 3 months for violating the doping control procedure while playing for Cagliari. The punishment is valid until December 5th.
